A new build development of 14 homes in a sensitive location within the Green Belt adjacent to a series listed buildings.

The new homes range from 3- 4 bedrooms with extensive new landscaping and bio diversity proposals developed by Material Architects.

The homes have been designed to achieve the highest sustainability criteria and formed part of an extensive national research programme.
